Come practice OUTSIDE in a covered (and spacious) outdoor space: the Bumper Car Pavilion @ Glen Echo Park. Connect with yourself, your community (from 6ft+ away), and nature in this Vinyasa Flow class designed to leave you feeling peaceful and supported. All levels welcome.
The Bumper Car Pavilion was built in 1923 as a cornerstone attraction of Glen Echo Park during the amusement Park era. With great views of the Park, this location is gorgeous and the perfect yoga space (covered, hardwood floors, and twinkle lights).
Space is limited and advance sign up is required. No drop-ins allowed. Glen Echo Park Location: 7300 MacArthur Blvd. Glen Echo, MD 20812.
Parking: Give yourself extra time to park and walk to the BCP (it's a good 5 minute walk).
extendYoga will send a reminder out to you before class, but please review these important notes about class:
There is plenty of space for social distancing between mats.
Keep your mask on until you're on your mat, ready to practice, and put your mask back on when class is over.
Bring your own: mat, props, towel, blanket, layers (if needed), and water.
Note: there are restrooms at the park, but we can't guarantee that they will be open to the public during class.
Please do not come to class if you do not feel well or have a fever. Cancel your spot so others have the opportunity to join us.
Leave your worries behind and unwind.
WEATHER POLICY: extendYoga will email you 2 hours before class with any weather updates/changes. Your class can be applied to the new date/class time, a future outdoor class, or refunded back onto your account as store credit.
